To grace your dish with Alassala® Organic Saffron’s elegant fine flavour, do what Moroccans do! Crash and grind the threads using mortar and pestle, add a little water, not more than two tablespoons, to help fully release the flavour, aroma and colour. For an orange colour use cold water, or for deeper red colour use hot water. Stir a little with the pestle before you add the mixture fluid to your recipe towards the end of cooking time.
It is a perfect complement to any dish!
